Waited a long time. 2 1/2 hours!! It was very frustrating having my 2 kids with me.
I tried to make an appointment to see the doctor after experiencing an ear ache for several days, but was told that since I had not seen him for three years, he could not work me in, and they were not excepting any new patients. Very disappointed in this business practice.
Very knowledgeable, courteous staff, and they talk to you! "Bed side" manners exceptional. Waiting period was minimal. Don't understand any bad reviews.
After having had really bad sinus issues and not being able to smell for over a year I finally decided to go see Dr Balbuena. He discovered that I had a severe case of sinusitis disease and my cavities were covered in polyps, the worst case he'd seen in a long time. After making a plan to have sinus surgery to remove the polyps and being aggressive with medication to help remove anything left, I can smell again and my sinuses are not clogged up. I definitely recommend Dr. Balbuena to anyone with ENT issues. Dr Balbuena is a caring, informative, and as professional a Dr. as they come. I trusted him years ago with my 3 year old (now 12) who had sleep apnea and had to have his tonsils and adnoids removed, and couldn't be happier with his work for the both of us. Thank you so much Dr Balbuena for being the one I will always count on. You are the best.
Not sure why some people had bad experiences, bur Dr. Balbuena and his staff were lifesavers for us. My daughter had continuous double ear infections and he treated them aggressively, as they NEEDED to be treated. Pediatrician was afraid to take this approach, hence why my daughter had 5 sets of ear infections in three months, which resulted in a burst eardrum and an ER visit. Dr. Balbuena put tubes in my daughter's ears in January, and she has been so much better for it! I can only share our experiences, but we are SO grateful for the doctor and his staff.
