Best Dr around by far. Staff is always extra friendly. He really cares and he knows his stuff. He's not just a pill pusher. And the WPA concierge service is a huge money saver for my family.
Never answered the phone, got nothing but an automated machine saying "your call is important to us" if you actually cared at all a human would have answered the phone won't ever go here.
Terrible office staff. Asked for a referral to a diabetic specialist and was told it would be a week. Insisted on today and had to show up in person to get records and demand referral. Was lied to 3 times by referral nurse attempting to cover for being unwilling to do her job. Then she called my business to tell me how "rude" my husband was for showing up to get the job done.
Shane is an oustanding healthcare provider. I've never felt rushed, I've never felt like he was not listening, and I've never thought that he did not care. On top of that, he is very personable and easy to talk to. In each of my experiences dealing with the staff, they are always friendly, accommodating, and punctual when I have questions or requests. I will continue to rely on them as long as they are practicing medicine.
Dr. Kelehan has been my PCP for a couple of years now. He makes himself available to his patients whenever needed and the staff is both friendly and attentive. Highly recommended GP!
