We go by every once and a while to get a treat and a toy for our dog. It is nice we can take our pet inside. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
We took our dogs in to be groomed, bath, nails and haircuts. They were not bathed, nails not clipped, glands not surprised and then the groomer lied to us and said she did all of this. When confronted she offered us a 20% discount to bring them back. This was our first and LAST visit to this groomer. I live the store and continue to shop there but I will never return to the groomer and will not recommend her. There is no excuse, ever.
Got my puppys nails done today and they were very good for the first time. Thank you guys!!
