Second time here. Great authentic Mexican food with great service!
Super sweet waitress and Mrs.Medina is so kind. I ordered the Sope, they were AWESOME. Everything was so fresh.
She charged us full price for food we didn't order (she had gotten our order wrong). She argued with us, called my wife a liar, and would not admit to her own mistake. We're fairly certain this was the owner waiting on us. I tried calling afterward because my wife was so upset about being ROBBED and not even standing up for herself. The woman hung up on me three --- okay now four --- times. All I want is an apology and for her to admit her mistake. This is the worst experience we have ever had at ANY restaurant, especially when dealing directly with management. I'm baffled that this woman's stubborn pride is more important than acting like a professional. Another customer at the table beside us said that they have had the same problem at this restaurant several times. My question is why did they even return? I can guarantee that WE will never visit this establishment again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? Yeah, not going to happen. EVER. Meanwhile I'm happy letting her phone ring all damn day. I've got no plans.
Waitress (-slash-owner?) got our order wrong and argued with us about it (and proceeded to charge full price for the wrong order AND the replacement!)The food was not even close to what we'd expect from an "Authentic" Mexican restaurant. Not even worth the drive, much less the check. We will never return. My biggest regret is that I didn't go with my gut and leave as soon as she told our drink order. Poor service and poor quality food.
Delightful couple with really good food!! Glad we strayed off the beaten path and found this place. The chips and salsa and the tacos and tamales are really good!!
