The biggest difference is she was VERY vocal about her frustration. After we left the DPS we sat in the car for a few minutes. And well, it certainly appeared that the lady who was late was given the opportunity to test since she pulled her car up to the side where you go to begin the exam. Lessons learned: don't go to Marshall if you can help it, and throw a temper tantrum like an irresponsible child if you want your way.

I went for my driving test. I didn't make it on time supposeally I was suppose to be there an hr early. I was there 20/30 mins early. Anyways it didn't get bad till the lady who had an apointment the same time as I did came in with two of her friends was told the same as I was and then throw a fit. When I left I asked the driving instructor if I could take the next appointment slot sense they didn't show up and was told no. Well the lady who was late was given it, which wasn't fair bc she didn't get there till after I did and she wasn't polite. I feel as the lady who helped me gave her the spot either bc they played the race card on her or bc she knew I went behind her back and instead of asking her if I could take the next slot I asked the instructor. Either way I will not recommend going here. The lady was rude sense I walked in that door. If they would rather let some person get her way for being rude and throwing a fit like my 1 yr old does at home, I'll go some place else. Here's to waiting 3 days before I can take my test. Do not go here if your wanting to take your driving test.

Every time I have been to this office the employees have been extremely polite & very patient as well as efficient. They have been very informative & effective at their job while being extremely fast at giving each person the quality help n which they need while quickly moving through the line as fast as possible. This office has been the best DPS branch that I have had to visit through out my life while maintaining a clean, orderly, friendly, and respectable atmosphere....
Never been to a government office this efficient and knowledgeable! The staff was very friendly and efficient. We spent 30 mins there which included renewal of a license, applying for a new license and the written test. If you have some time on hand you are even able to take the driver's test the same day. I wish all DMV offices and officers were this great!
The staff is friendly considering how over worked they look. It’s super busy but they do their best to get you out ASAP. I seen a few people get told they didn’t have the right paperwork or everything they needed. I encourage you to ensure you have everything you need before you come.
Well, stereotypes held true at this location. I went with a friend for her to take her driving test. We arrived between 20 and 25 minutes early. As we walked in, we were informed that she was suppose to be an hour early. Wish that would have been conveyed when the appointment was made. After filling out the paperwork we were 8 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. In the mean time, there was another lady who walked in 1-2 minutes late. She was told the same thing.
