There are probably only 5 OR 6 GOOD, POLITE, and HELPFUL employees in the whole dang building! No ome was at the hardware desk when i went in. But there were 2 employees at the customer service desk and 5 cashiers/ workers standing around the registers DOING NOTHING! I stood there for a few minutes, then pushed the call button. When the lady came around the corner she was VERY RUDE! No eye contact and snappy! She SARCASTICALLY SAID "he how are you?" then (obviously) annoyed she turned the call button ofd and ANOTHER employee "helped" me. Very disappointed in LOWES!
The employee was very helpful and showing me where my item was that I needed In-N-Out and I was happy about that thank you Lowe's
They have all the handy stuff I need and then some. I wish I could have a free shopping spree and get to keep everything I can put into 2 or 4 shopping carts.
Moved to marshall 2 months ago. Haven't met anyone that wasn't kind and helpful, Lowes no exception. Wheeled out cart of wood. Customer came over and employee came over to help load the trailer.
When we needed help with something we couldn't get one person in the store to help us but when we don't need any help the employee's won't leave us alone.
