Purchased a bed 7 months ago and it has a two huge holes in it already. It is not 1.5 inches deep (it is really close), but they wont do a warranty claim. I have spent roughly 5k with them and they want cut me any slack. The bed is a beauty rest. I will take my business elsewhere from now on, but continue to sleep on a bed that is killing my back. We bought a Beauty Rest not even a year ago and there are already dents from where we sleep, (note: we are not obese people!!). Ivan Smith would not honor the warranty claim because the dents are not deep enough!!! There shouldn't be any dents AT ALL!! I remember specifically asking the salesman at Ivan Smith in Marshall if this new bed would dent and he said no but if it did, we could get a new one if we purchased the additonal $100 bed slip cover...we did all that and now they will not honor the warranty claim. I will NEVER buy anything from Ivan Smith again.
