They said that they would only deliver if I was home to receive them, and that they would only deliver at their convenience from 8 to 5. For someone who works, being home all day from 8 to 5 is not necessarily possible.
I ordered a silk flower easel for the funeral of a dear friend's husband. The flowers were beautiful and were especially appropriate for this man who was a lover of the outdoors. They made it look beautiful and appropriate. I've ordered from Rainbow Floral many times, and they always provide beautiful flowers and great service.
They also refused to deliver the flowers to my (in town) office address as well as refusing to leave the flowers at my home. They had no communication with their delivery people, so it was not possible for me to come and pick them up during my lunch break. (Because they didn't know where the flowers were.)
What should have been a nice birthday surprise has been a frustrating and disappointing hassle. It sounds like I will have to take off work to pick up the flowers tomorrow when they can find the flowers in their shop.

I wish that the person sending these flowers for my birthday had used someone else because I don't even want the flowers anymore after dealing with this shop's poor customer service.
They left me a message saying they were calling about a delivery with no phone number to call them back. When I looked up their number, and called them back, they said they would not deliver the flowers that I was supposed to receive for my birthday.
