On Good Friday I was travelling back to Louisiana from a day trip in Longview. Something with my tire was getting worse and worse and I knew I was going to have to stop and have it looked at. They stayed late on a holiday weekend to wait for me to arrive (my husband called ahead for me) and were SO thorough, nice, and professional. The pricing was good and I was able to get home safely to my family.

I have been using J & L for vehicle repair work on all my vehicles for more than 10 years. I think they are top of the line. Always explain work that needs to be done. They have never charged more than they quoted for a job and sometimes have found a way to get it done for less. Recently, when a warranted part failed they re-did all the work at no charge. They have gone the extra mile to help me many times. I have recommended them to friends who thanked me for it. And over the years I have noticed, they have many loyal repeat customers. That tells me a lot. You can 100 % depend on James, Tony, and the entire crew.
I had the best experience with J&L. I was from out of town and stuck. They towed my vehicle to their shop and fixed it while i waited, and did not charge me an arm and a leg.
